Enable static IP for guest OS with NAT on VMware Fusion 7

1. Turn off the all VMs and VMWare

2. Edit the dhcpd.conf

Open dhcpd.conf of vmnet8

$sudo vi /Library/Preferences/VMware Fusion/vmnet8/dhcpd.conf

Add the follow block at the last of file

3. Turn on the VMWare and VM
